The entire property, both front and back yards, as well as the entire driveway on the right side of the house are yours to enjoy. The detached garage is a separate rental space.



The garage and the driveway on the left side of the house are for those renting the 2 separate short term rentals in the garage. If you would like to rent the house and the 2 garage spaces, contact me and I will let you know if they are all available.



There is a 6-foot fence that separates the main house and back deck from the garage apartments. You will have full privacy while renting the main house.



I am just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We have a handyman on call if you need something we can not resolve over the phone or text.

This property is spacious and very clean and comfortable. The location is great. We had a minor problem with a door lock and our host took care of it immediately. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Will definitely stay there again.

Big house with plenty of space for a large family. It's right off of Central Ave., so easy to get to whatever you want to in Hot Springs.

Excellent size for family gathering. There were 7 adults total and we had plenty of room. Easy access to shopping and sights. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We did have some difficulty with air conditioning our first night but was taken care of by the next day.

Wonderful Location

The house was accurate as listed and only a few blocks away from the horse races, casino, bars and food. It’s a great location. We did have an issue with the showers not draining and toilets not flushing but I messaged the owner and she was quick to respond and got a company to the house to get the problem fixed. We really enjoyed our weekend away!

Perfect Home for attending Oaklawn Park

The home was very accommodating for our group of 10 and would be very comfortable for additional guest. Beds were very comfortable. Tons of room to be together anywhere in the house, but also room to be private if desired. Our group will be using this property again next year for sure. Thanks, Laura, for all you did for us.

Magic Springs Family Fun

The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious, even better than the photos. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Centrally located and very easy to get anywhere we needed to go. We had just a couple hiccups, the TV in the main room (family room) would not connect to the internet so we couldn’t all watch TV together as a group. That was a little disappointing as we had planned to have a family movie night. Also upon arrival, none of the toilets would flush. Our host was very responsive and thankfully she was able to get someone to fix the toilets while we were out for the day. All and all we give our stay 4 out of 5 stars! Great home!

Oaklawn Racing Weekend Stay

The property has ample space to accommodate a small family reunion or gathering of 5+ friends, depending on sleeping arrangements. 3 king bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 queens, and a shared space with two small twins. The common areas are spacious with smart TVs, along with a nice private deck in the rear for card games or relaxing. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking. There is a fun wet bar area with a sports theme as well. Bathrooms had plenty of fresh towels along with necessary toiletries. The house is very clean and well-kept with enough room to spread out in small groups or all together. The best part of the stay is walking proximity to Oaklawn, less than 5 mins away along safe, well lit streets and sidewalk. Plenty of parking at the house for 4+ cars as well. The surrounding area felt safe, even walking back and forth to the Oaklawn casino after dark. Our party all agreed we would return and want to stay at this property due to quality accommodations and being able to quickly walk to Oaklawn for horse races and gambling.

Property overall was good! Close to attractions, very close to Oaklawn Resort and Racing. Property was clean, and ample amenities. Only problem was water in front bedroom sink, water did not get hot as we were accustomed to.

Horse Race weekend getaway

This house is across the street from Oaklawn races track. Literally a 2 min walk! This house is huge and comfortably slept 4 couples! Could sleep 5 couples with one couple on the twin beds in the den area. We had a blast and we were even able to check in a couple of hours early bc the cleaners were done. We have the best time. Would definitely stay again.
