We had three couples and 4 daughters stay here for a volleyball tournament. It was perfect. The kids stayed upstairs and had a blast. I couldn’t recommend this condo any higher.

We booked the place for our family to stay during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The accommodations were perfect and the distance to Anthony Chapel was not far at all. The upstairs was wonderful for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Very satisfied with our stay!!!

We met in Hot Springs with family from TN and TX. This was a great location and beautiful view of Lake Hamilton!! The condo was very nice and well maintained!! I would definitely recommend it and we plan to return!

We had a great time staying at this condo. There were 16 of us (an 8 year old and the rest were adults) and it was so nice to have a bed for everyone. We had 2 dinners together at the condo and all utensils that we needed ware in the kitchen. We enjoyed being together because that doesn't happen so much anymore. We had no complaints and recommend this property.

My family and I spent our Christmas at this lovely home. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. My family consists of adults, teens and children ranging from ages 5 to 16. We all had a blast and enjoyed being together. We were very comfortable and plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views. Would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and it was in a quiet cove. Our kids were able to swim and kayak off the docks right outside the property. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend adding some window coverings to the upstairs room as it would get very bright and warm where the kids were staying. Also a ladder at the end of the dock to be able to more easily get out of the water would be helpful!

9 of us stayed here for a week. We loved all of the available space and the views are amazing. We put the kids upstairs and each couple took a bedroom downstairs. We appreciated the boat launch right on the property and the ability to tie up our boat right outside the balcony so we could always see it. We tubed and wakeboarded, swam and fished, grilled and cooked in the big kitchen. We ate good food, stayed up late drinking wine and playing games. So many great memories were made.

We loved the location and had plenty of space for our group of 13. 4 adults and 9 kids fit easily. A couple suggestions would be more plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the kids to use. Also, a child lock on the balcony doors in the upstairs room would help ease parental anxiety. Those are small “nice to have” improvements. Overall, we would absolutely stay again. We had a large group of 15+ and we fit comfortably. The condo was fresh and clean, and had all the amenities listed and more. The ice maker and grill came in handy and as a nice surprise. The owner was very responsive and sweet! Also, the binder of things to do and the checkout process was helpful. 10 stars!

My family consisting of 10 people stayed in the condo. Location was great, view was great. It was as pictured. The master suite bath was small which was a little inconvenient. Also, the weather while we were there was hot and cold and we were unable to adjust the "smart" thermostat so just shut it off during cold spell. The walkway surrounding the condo units is warped and rotting in places, could be dangerous. All who stayed were happy and would stay there again. I would recommend.

The setting was beautiful. The bed pictured in the photo online was not the bed in the room. The doors were off the closets upstairs and in the master bedroom downstairs. There were no shelves in the refrigerator door. We were sent an email on the day of arrival that the dishwasher was broken . There were no curtains upstairs ( I bought curtains to have a little privacy near the bed where I slept. There was great space in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was centrally located. Overall we had a good stay.

The property was very clean and neat and contained all the extras that we needed. The property was very roomy. We didn't have any problem with sleeping arrangements and there were 13 of us! The only issue was a slow drain in the shower and sink in the master bathroom. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. This is a second story condo, so if you have problems climbing stairs, you might want to look for something else. Sincerely, Another satisfied customer
