Happy Times

We always have great times at the house on Lake Hamilton. We have ski boat and fishing boat for the family and the little ones can swim and play at the dock! The kitchen is well stocked and convenient.

Everything was great!

This house is extremely spacious and well kept. The movie room and other entertainment areas were a nice touch! The one thing I didn’t realize is that there wasn’t any sort of body wash or shampoo/conditioner provided. Thankfully, there is a CVS right down the road in case you’re like us and don’t bring those things with you.

Great retreat

This place was perfect for a high school group of nine ladies turning 70 this year. There was plenty of room, and the view was amazing. Parking was a little tricky because of snow and a steep driveway, but we made it work. Check-in was easy. Neighbors out shoveling snow were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely come again.

Excellent Location

Beautiful home that is so close to everything! Serene views of Lake Hamilton - we especially enjoyed watching the geese and ducks. The house had plenty of inside entertainment as well.....theatre room, pool table, ping pong table and an assortment of games and books. Overall just an excellent experience. Our family will definitely be booking again!

Perfect for a Guys’ Golf Trip!We recently stayed at this lake house in Hot Springs for a guys’ golf getaway, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The property was the perfect blend of peace, comfort, and outdoor beauty — we couldn’t have asked for a better spot.The lake views were stunning, and the entire place had a calming, nature-infused atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after long days on the course. From the cozy, well-furnished interior to the awesome, every space was thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. It was the best of both worlds — secluded enough to feel like a retreat, but still just minutes from the best that Hot Springs has to offer.The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. We made some unforgettable memories here, and it’s safe to say this will be our go-to spot whenever we’re back in the area.Highly, highly recommend for groups, guys’ trips, or anyone looking to kick back in style by the water!

Great Gathering Place

Our family of 10 adults and 2 children enjoyed our time at this peaceful home in a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Note that there is a step down living area upstairs and numerous steps down to lower level of a game room, theater, lounging area and 3 bedrooms. Only a couple of issues found but a quick call to Jessica and all was good again. We would consider this property for a return visit to Hot Springs.

Best Experience Ever

I teach at a very small school in Arkansas, we brought 9 students to FFA State Convention in Hot Springs. Instead of crowded hotel rooms, we chose this lovely home. Our students were so excited to play on the ping pong and pool table. The movie room was perfect for my age group as well. This is an experience my students will never forget.

entertainment friendly house

The many glass tables were not toddler friendly. The two upstairs bed mattresses were in poor condition and uncomfortable. The basement setup was great with all age groups. Lots of entertainment on a rainy day.

The house was beautiful the homeowners were really nice always got back to us right away some remotes were missing in batteries were missing they took care of that as fast as possible housekeeping left beard cans and one bottles in nightstand and we had a termite inspection or last day there but all in all I would definitely recommend this home the managers were on top of it everything and very polite and the home is very beautiful and spacious plenty of room for everybody to be together but still have their own privacy

Great Property

This is a beautiful property. PROs: The location was the best with easy access to bath row and it was on a dead end street so there was no traffic. Living spaces was clean and very usable. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of sleeping space and the beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were convenient to the bedrooms and we and plenty of hot water. This is definitely a five star property. CONs: lower level bedrooms did not stay as cool as the lower gameroom space and need fans to move the air. The dock is beautiful but there were no fish other than a few small bluegills. Bring your own TP. Overall, we have no complaints and were very pleased with our vacation and i would recommend this location to my friends.

Sensational

10 out of 10 would recommend. We had a terrific experience. The property is close to the center of Hot Springs which makes it very convenient. Given the central location we were pleasantly surprised by the serene views from the back porch. The house sits opposite a large block of woods so it feels very tranquil and we loved watching the ducks each morning while drinking our coffee from the porch. The bunk room downstairs is great for kids because there's a pool table, pingpong, and a theatre room. I contacted the host after we accidentally broke something and was pleasantly surprised to interact with the actual home owner rather than a property management company. Jessica was so helpful. This will be the first place I look when I book our next trip to Hot Springs.

Excellent but could be better

3 senior couples stayed for 4 nights. The location was about a 15 minute drive to Hot Springs National park where we checked out Bathrow and did some hiking in the park. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the view of the lake and wildlife from the balcony and dock. The interior of the house was spacious and clean. . To make it better may we suggest the following: the TV's in the house were confusing or not functioning correctly. While the TV's would turn on we could not get past the main menu screen. The TV in the kitchen area had 5 remotes on the table. Very confusing. Next, the balconies need to be cleaned up, chairs and tables wiped and the downstairs patio has broken chairs and rusty BBQ. Also there was a broken light on one of the ceiling fans in the downstairs bedroom with the king bed. I assume thats why the ceiling lights did not work. Your guest book needs some updating, including check out directions that are different from the ones we received via text message. All minor things that did not distract from an excellent stay!

Perfect !

We had 14 in our party, 5 kids under the age of 5. The house is so spacious!!! Plenty of room. Everyone LOVED the theatre and pool table. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and sitting on the deck. It is so close to Oaklawn and downtown. Perfect for our big family.

Plenty of space to visit

Our multi generational family(aged from 76 down to 23) visited for a couple of days and we had plenty of room to spread out. Jessica was very prompt in helping when we had a small issue with a miscommunication on cleaning at check in. She got a crew over promptly while we were out to dinner and the house was fresh and clean when we returned. It was a great visit with my family and I would recommend this house for groups visiting the hot springs area.

Friends Trip

Our stay was perfect. The listing was as described. The beds were super comfortable, and the house is huge. The kids could hang out downstairs while the adults relaxed upstairs. The lake was relaxing and not very deep, so the kids enjoyed hopping in, even in mid-October. We will happily stay here again!!
