"Excellent staff. The room was a bit warm because the sun hits the room all afternoon, but we were out for the day. Maybe bring a small fan for the night to help out the a/c. It was a hot July day and a/c was working overtime. Comfortable bed. No amenities but there is a community pool down the street you can use for a small fee. Breakfast-you might want to eat out but we managed. Eggs and heated vegetables, and you have to look for the breakfast area or you’ll miss it. Okay for an overnight stay in a small town if you’re passing through. Beautiful scenery and I highly recommend a picnic at the Humpback covered bridge and also Petticoat Junction nearby if you love butterflies!"

"This is the most beautiful stay in the mountains. Was so nice to feel so far away and serene, but also be close to food and groceries at the same time. Host Rob&Caley were very welcoming and sincere. We can not wait to return in the winter!!"

"This house worked so well for our family with toddlers. We enjoyed the proximity to the Homestead resort, to Main St., etc. We will stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and equipped well. We loved the outside area. We would advise everyone to be careful by the steep hill when in the front yard/firepit area. It was a great vacation! Thank you"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary getaway. The location was perfect and peaceful and central to everything we wanted to do, especially the trail and Lake Moomaw. We will definitely be back for another visit and have already told all our friends about it. Gary and Pam are phenomenal and by far the best hosts I've ever experienced."

"Weekend trip with friends to celebrate before my wedding. The property was so cute in all the bedrooms and outdoor space. We enjoyed using the kitchen and living room areas. Bathroom areas were very clean and had towels provided. The host was prompt with messages when we had a question during our stay. The Hot Springs area also had lots to do! The views here are beautiful and this property is a great place to stay for a family or group of friends."
