The host was very nice to communicate with, and the house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes drive from many destinations. The Home itself is dated and does need some TLC, maintenance, & updates... but for the price, and being pet friendly it did the job! Also, liked the large back yard area! We had a great time at Hot Springs!
