Our home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living room and kitchen area is perfect for gathering, while the modern, stainless-steel-appliance-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy them at the dining table or take the party outside to the waterside deck, complete with a gas grill for cookouts with a view.

Step outside and enjoy direct access to the lake via our boat boardwalk and swimming area. After a day on the water, you'll appreciate the convenience of a private washer and dryer and central air conditioning. For entertainment, we offer a TV with cable, HBO, and Netflix streaming.

Bed & Bath

The primary bedroom is a luxurious haven with a comfortable king-sized bed. The second bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room, featuring a queen lower bunk and a double lower bunk – perfect for kids or additional guests. Both bathrooms are beautifully appointed with large vanities, circular sinks, and spacious walk-in showers. We also provide beach towels for your lake adventures.

You'll find parking available at most major sites and throughout the downtown area, with both free and paid options.

Ride-Sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available in Hot Springs. They are a great option for getting to and from downtown if you prefer not to drive or worry about parking, especially in the evening.

Public Transportation: Hot Springs offers an intracity bus service, but routes may be limited and may not be convenient for reaching all destinations from our lakeside location. We recommend relying on your own car or a ride-sharing service for the most flexibility.
