"This is a beautifully and tastefully restored vintage property. The hosts are welcoming and multilingual. I highly recommend it.
My only minor complaint was that I found it impossible to turn off the air conditioning at night - I don't like to sleep with AC. My solution was to pull out the room card from the power control and turn off the electricity for the room, but that meant we couldn't charge our phones. But that's minor, and I'm sure that if we'd said something the management would have...

"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "We like this establishment and keep coming back. A bit overpriced, but can't compete with the beautiful view of the sea of Galilee from all windows and the little secluded terrace that allows privacy well appreciated for a couple's weekend. Only main shortcoming is the included breakfast that is underwhelming, especially the cold shakshuka and scrambled eggs. Just put a lid on the pans and warm up the surface it's on, how difficult is that?!?"

The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless.
The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."
