"It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area "

"Diane is a gracious and responsive host which has earned her a Premier Host status. Emma, who takes care of the property, is charming and helpful. Easy walk to the golf club, Lidl and even a centre where M and S foods and other great shops are located. The house is spacious, pleasant and well equipped. As a Premier Host myself, I fully appreciated all of the energy and efforts. Diane has put into this rental unit. I would definitely recommend!"

"Good communication with the host about getting the internet sorted. Thank you. The kitchen is basic.The home is big and the bedrooms are good. We stayed during the heat wave and the house was so hot. We couldn’t keep the windows open because they could be accessed from the outside easily. The house is on a main road opposite a pub and the houses immediately beside it were partying hard all night. We Didn’t get much sleep. "

"Check in process was very confusing due to providing the incorrect location of the lockbox.Listing states parking is available, yet that is not the case you have to go to a lot and pay for parking.Wifi didn’t work at all for us.Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the master, springs popping out.Bathroom had no mirror, the only mirror was inconveniently located behind the door in an armoire shower was lukewarm at best.In need of some updating."
