We were cold and it was unfair for my mother at 89 years young to have to be cold. I would have liked to have been given the choice to cancel the booking and take accommodation with adequate heating.Our host said she was sorry and did we not use the oil heater? "The apartment is comfortable and was very convenient to eateries being on the main street of Hamilton, the downside was that it is noisy at night. My suggestion is that if you want to be in the middle of town, this is a good option but if you want peace and quiet, you should look for somewhere off the main st.
