"The room was clean, but oh so tired. The sheer curtain was ripped, but we had the blackout curtains closed most of the time anyway. The bathroom door could do with some attention, and maybe an exhaust fan? However, considering the price, it served it's purpose, didn't affect our stay, and wouldn't stop us staying there again. "

"Reception staff had excellent accommodating attitudes and were very friendly. The location is excellent for NQ Cowboys supporters who are attending home games at Qld Country Bank Stadium as well as right next door to the Cowboys Club. This is going to be my regular hotel to stay when attending Cowboys home games."

"If your looking for a quiet stay in Townsville, this isn't the place for you. Rooms right beside a bar that doesn't close till 10pm, then when that stops you have the night clubs next door that go till the early hours of the morning. Had to ask staff to get room amenities like tea, milk etc re-stocked"

"Room was clean, well presented, bed comfortable. The shower water was very hard to get to temperature and slow to come through. Breakfast was good however bacon was over cooked and dry. For price of breakfast coffee (even though not nice) should've been included. Plenty of nice coffee places nearby. "
