"Great location for a longer stay. Perfect for football season, too, I am sure. We were there for summer fun, though. Grocery store close by. Food delivery easily available. In our case having the Marina so close was great. We rented a boat. Pet friendly is a huge plus. House is easy to find on a very quiet street. Great deck with nice view of the water and sky. Very large living room with over size couch for great TV time during bad weather. Overall very comfortable."

"Wonderful lake house with plenty of room for our entire group! We had 8 adults and 4 kids and the layout was perfect. With three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs, everyone had plenty of space and privacy when needed. The rooms were all comfortable, and the bunk room was ideal for the kids.Having a full kitchen upstairs and a second kitchenette downstairs made everything so convenient. The downstairs refrigerator was especially handy for grabbing drinks and ice while spending time on the lower deck or coming in from the dock.The lake views were stunning, especially at sunrise from the screened upper porch. We also loved the spacious lower deck, which was perfect for relaxing, playing cornhole, grilling on the gas grill and simply enjoying the beautiful scenery.We brought two boats and the location couldn't have been better. The boat launch was just minutes away, and we spent the week swimming off the dock, boating, water skiing and tubing. The dock itself is huge with plenty of seating for everyone. Although the house is tucked away in a quiet cove at the top of Lake Martin, it's a quick boat ride to the main lake, marinas and waterfront restaurants.If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible lake views and easy access to boating and water activities, this is the place. Ginger was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. This was the perfect house for our family vacation on Lake Martin!"

The layout and decor was so beautiful. The outside patio was perfect for grilling and hanging out. We had a blast swimming and hanging out on the beach area. Will be back sooner than later."

"The place was very clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk beds. A good variety of games to play and lots of room and the hot tub was also a fun time for many.The kitchen was a nice size and plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils.Plenty of towels and wash cloths. And the water slide was a big hit.The additional boat rental was a great feature and experience for the kids and family as well.The quick response from Brett to respond to any questions was a big a help also.Again we could not have asked for a better vacation experience!Five Star Rating all the way!Thanks again!!"

"My family and I enjoyed this property so much it was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed the partial screened in porch, all the outdoor seating, the doc over looking the lake was a great place to lay out, hang out and let the kiddos play. The host was responsive and friendly. The house was clean, had lots of useful supplies, appliances. I would definitely stay here again."
