Discover "Just Lake Home" -a welcoming waterfront retreat on beautiful Lake Martin located in a clean and quiet cove ideal for floating, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, launching your boat (lake is lowered in winter. Since the lake is lowered each year, water is only sufficient May -October for boat ramp and docking, but public boat ramp is 6 miles away and there’s plenty of parking for your trailers/boats onsite) & fishing. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers everything you need for a very fun and/or relaxing lake stay.

Bring your boat/PWC (or rent one nearby) and enjoy the private boat ramp and dock May through mid-October during full pool lake levels with a public year-round boat ramp just minutes away. Winter anglers enjoy quite a catch! We have ample on-site parking for your water toys and trailers too. The outdoor space is complete with a private dock, spacious porch with plenty of outdoor seating for morning coffee, large fire pit for evening s’mores and wine, and even a cute tree house that little ones can enjoy. The fully fenced yard makes this home especially convenient for families that enjoy taking their fur babies on vacation. Other fun touches offered to add to your experience are corn hole, a basketball hoop, kayaks, floats and a grill.

Inside is thoughtfully decorated with a warm, easy lake feel. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the must haves to prepare a home cooked meal and a full coffee station that includes drip, Keurig, espresso machines plus all pods/coffees and condiments to get you started! Kick back and enjoy a movie night in the family room with plenty of comfy seating. The large dining table is perfect to enjoy meals together or have game night. All three bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and linens.

The home is a few short miles away from all conveniences, including grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, Walmart, marinas, salons, banking, small airport and more. Enjoy golfing? You can almost hit a golf ball to the public course! Are you an Auburn fan? We are only 35 minutes away, making it the perfect gameday, graduation or just to visit your War Eagle rental.
Whether you’re here to boat, swim, fish, golf or simply enjoy family fun, “Just Lake Home” is designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

Dog people unite! Your fur bab(ies) will love the fully fenced yard. We do have a few easy rules we ask you to follow so we can keep offering our home as dog friendly. 1. Please always keep dogs confined in a crate when not there,
2. Please do not allow dogs upstairs. We provide a gate for you.
3. Please do not allow dogs on any furniture. We provide covers we ask you to use for those quick mistaken jump-ups that may happen.
4. Please wipe their feet and dry them off before allowing them inside. We provide towels for you.
5. Insurance policy requires that all dogs that stay have had no past aggression issues.
6. Please pick up all dog waste outside.

Perfect for families, couples, anglers in town for tournaments, golfers, athletic events, college events, weekend escapes, and lake lovers of all kinds! Property has stairs, railings and shoreline. Children must be closely supervised at all times. Please note that lake levels are lowered every year resulting in boat ramp and dock use May through October only, but public year-round boat ramp is 10 minutes away, and home has plenty of onsite parking for trailers year-round. Boat ramp can accommodate most sizes of boats/trailers, but 4WD and spotter encouraged. Helpful tips located in arrival binder.
