• Access: Step-free access into the home.

• Lake access: Guests can access the lake via Cottonwood Shores Nature Preserve and Noah Thompson Park.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; due to the more rural setting, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Local logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can launch a boat or picnic at Noah Thompson Park, enjoy the fields and playground at Aspen Park, or visit the Horseshoe Bay Floating Pool.
