There was an issue with our original reserved room, but front desk was up front about it and got us into another room with no hassle, even offered us a late check out. However on the day of the late checkout, there was no record of us being allowed to stay later which caused some misunderstanding with the current person at the front desk. It was resolved positively, but not before causing some stress. Breakfast offerings would have been much better if the trays were refilled, but what they did have stock of was tasty.

Rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff and some front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was good most days. One day it tasted very salty. There was a day that the trash cans entering the building were overflowing and the trash cans in the breakfast area were also overflowing. The front doors sometimes would start to close on you. One day they closed half way and stopped. There use to be a hot tub on site and you can still see it in some pictures but it has been filled in. The pool was cloudy and greenish.

Great stay. Staff was super nice and helpful. And the pool was the shizz.. my only complaint was that the gravy for the biscuits was a little salty but that’s it. Everything else was awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient and nice relaxing area to stop off from I65. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was a nice surprise. It was a full hot breakfast which is great when you just want to get on the road quick the next morning but, also want to eat. Seems like they put a lot into making it a good experience. Which it was!

Called ahead because we were late and asked if the room would be available because we prepaid. The person who answered said “probably, yeah” and then asked for my name. I said we would be there around 3 and she said “like at 3 or before”. I said maybe a little after. She replied “uh, ok”

There was a musty, wet dog smell inside this hotel, with a touch of cheap perfume. Our room was appropriately appointed, and the breakfast was fine.

Breakfast buffet had a great variety and was good. Property is convenient to the various caves in the area. Front desk wouldn't let us check-in early because they said I wasn't an IHG Rewards member, even though I was.

Do not get a room on the first floor unless you want to hear the people in the pool. Pool says it closes at 8 and they let people stay in there til at least 9. Pool was cloudy and packed with people. Didn’t let my kids go in it. Room was fine, staff was fine, breakfast was constantly out of stuff and staff was just chit chatting while k wiped my own table down everyday with their materials. It’s ok, wouldn’t stay again.

No bad, but should be better for a Holiday Inn.
Didn't have the king suite we booked. Said had a few rooms with maintenance issues, so they gave us a double queen. The room was clean just a bit dated especially in bathroom. H2O pressure wasn't the best. Also, no hot tub. The photos are old. The hot tub was concreted in.

To start out, the young lady at the desk was very nice. After that, not so much. Since we made our reservations on Hotels.com we could not cancel. My wife and I were looking to relax and have a swim in the pool and hot tub. Upon arriving we were told that the pool was closed and the hot tub did not exist (there is a picture on the Hotels site). We wanted to cancel, but we couldn't. I needed to leave a credit card on file for "incedentals". Later that night I got a notice from my credit card that I had been charged $95.00 for the room. I had already paid on Hotels.com, yet I was charged again. I spoke to the young lady at the desk, she assured me that it would be removed the next day. The next morning I asked again, a different young lady (polite) told me she would take care of it and call me after she talked to the manager. No call, and now I am on my third day talking to the front desk. The charge was finally removed, 4 days later. I don't give bad reviews normally, but it must have been the "perfect storm". Most disgusting thing I've ever encountered
After being put in the wrong room (key didn't work, room was occupied) finally got to another room only to find when I pulled down the covers two big blood stains on the sheets. Pulled down the covers on the second bed and found big black curly hairs in bed. Clearly, the sheets were never changed but the bed was made up nicely. Staff apologized and put me in another room. Most disgusting thing I've ever encountered in a hotel room. Will never stay at a Holidy Inn Express again. Wish I would have taken photos.
