The old Victorian resort of Hornsea is just 1 mile away and offers long sandy beaches and an attractive promenade with well-kept gardens. Hornsea Freeport is popular for shopping and Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, offering one of the largest mainland puffin populations in Britain, is just 19 miles away. The area is a paradise for anyone who enjoys the outdoors with many walks and cycle trails straight from the doorstep and the Wolds Way is a 30-mile drive away. Spend a day visiting the nearby market town of Beverley (14 miles).
