Recent Reviews in Horizon Park

ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean. Aircon was a lifesaver. The Palate restaurant was delightful. The food was superb, especially the savory bread which was exquisite!"

Grand Hotel Excelsior Port Royal

8/10 Good

"Overall the place was nice. However, the breakfast was very limited. We got there at just after 9am and mostly everything was finished. Breakfast should have finished at 10am. I asked for some bacon with my eggs and told I couldn’t get any. Two other people came after me and was given the menu. Maybe because we didn’t have business suits on was most probably why we were treated differently. Everything else was good but I don’t like being treated differently especially when our money is the same."

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Horizon Park?

The best time to visit Horizon Park, Saint Catherine, Jamaica, is during the dry season, which typically runs from December to April.

During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny weather and lower humidity, making it ideal for enjoying outdoor activities and exploring the local attractions. The temperatures are pleasantly warm, usually ranging from 25°C to 30°C, superb for relaxing by the pool or taking day trips. This period avoids the heavier rainfall that can occur during the wet season, ensuring your plans aren't disrupted.

Families often find this period particularly suitable as the stable weather allows for uninterrupted enjoyment of the resort's facilities and nearby excursions. With less chance of rain, children can make the most of outdoor play areas and swimming.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway will also appreciate the reliably fine weather, which sets the scene for leisurely strolls, al fresco dining, and enjoying the natural beauty of the area without concerns about downpours.

Can I cancel my hotel reservation on Expedia?

Many Expedia hotel reservations are refundable, provided that you cancel before the hotel's cancellation deadline − this is often within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled arrival. If you have a non-refundable booking, it might still be possible to receive a refund if you cancel it within 24 hours of booking. Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. For maximum flexibility, use our 'Fully refundable property' filter during your search to find the right Horizon Park hotel for you.
