"First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"The resort is located with the Bacawina rainforest There are plenty of worthwhile tours or you can hike on your own. The trails are maintained by National park rangers It is a safe place- there was no evident crime or any immediate danger from the wildlife Definitely bring bug spray The suite at the resort was spacious and clean, however, there is no air conditioning and it tends to be very hot and humid and not much of a breeze The food and cocktail menu at the restaurant is lumited but the food and drinks were good The staff is phenomenal in service, friendliness and knowledge The tour guides are A "

"Blue Moon Cabana is as described in its online advertising. Very well kept with no mechanical issues. Also well provisioned with kitchen equipment and other necessities. It is not resort-like. You are in the center of the town, You will have lots of contact with the local residents. We found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I were to return to Hopkins."

"Our days at Villa Rising Sun were truly restful, magical and fun. Mark, Sabrina and Dean made themselves available to answer questions, make suggestions and provide information about the community, sharing their passion and love for their adopted home. The accommodations are spacious and clean with plenty of room for large groups (our party of six consisted of one couple, two mothers/mothers-in-laws, and two friends), with ample space for a variety of interests and activities. The Caribbean Sea is in the backyard, offering around-the-clock access to swimming, floating, or just listening to the waves wash ashore. We all hope to return very soon and will recommend VRS to our families and friends."

"We had seen this property when we were in Hopkins about 5 years ago and knew it was the place we wanted to stay at when we came back to Belize. We could not have been happier with our time at MyanHeaven, a slice of heaven right in Hopkins - a beautiful house with wonderful beds and bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous peaceful veranda, feet from the beach, easy walking distance to resturants, groceries, vegetable stands and the Thongs Cafe (great food). We could not have had a more wonderful week in paradise. Many thanks to Martin the property manager who was very attentive and to Katrina the owner. We are looking forward to a return stay."
