Check in was little rude and then had to which room because the first room was really dirty second room turned out ok. pool looked a little too murky decide not to get in. Only reason I booked was for the indoor pool… overall it’s OK for a quick stay

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
Everything was closed inside there, I got charged and extra $220 No receipt was emailed and they don’t answer I had already paid for my stay ahead of time, I was supposed to pay each night for 2 nights for parking only Idk why they charged me so much and now they don’t answer
