"My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems. Upon arrival, everything about the property was excellent - great food, environment and service."

"The lush green vegetation was appealing. Small details as face lift for rails would enhance the appearance. Having a kitchenette without a microwave and a fridge is really not good. The mosquitoes really had a feast."
