The charming village of Hontanx is located in the heart of Bas-Armagnac, on the borders of the Landes and Gers regions. A 14th-century bastide town, Hontanx preserves the Château d'Aon, a rare 13th-century fortified house in the Landes region, the fortified entrance gate, and many other curiosities. The Gers borders, with Villeneuve de Marsan 8 km away, Mont de Marsan 22 km away, and the ocean 80 km away. A great place to explore during your vacation. For your extended family, your desire to get together with friends, for various occasions—birthdays, seminars, all year round—this location is perfectly suited. A heated indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, an infrared cabin, billiards, table football, darts, and a movie theater, which will add a special flavor to all your screenings, thanks to its electrical and sound system. This U-shaped cottage sleeps 15 and is entirely on the ground floor. It features a landscaped courtyard with parking on the property. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, a 5-burner stove and four other hotplates, and an American-style refrigerator) opening onto a living room with several sofas and a TV area. A spacious dining room with a wood-burning stove. A total of 9 bedrooms, including 3 with two 80cm beds each, 4 with two 90cm beds each, and 2 with a 90cm bed each. Four bathrooms and three toilets, two of which are separate. You'll enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and various relaxation areas. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, household linens, and cleaning are included. You'll also enjoy the heated, all-season swimming pool, 1.40m deep and 9x4m in size.
