Payed for an “ ocean view room” and was placed in a room you had to stick your head out to f the balcony to see the ocean. Some staff was helpful some were not. And Derek was the only good bartender in 6 days.

We had booked a city view. What we got was an 11th floor room with a high rise across the street in very close proximity closing us in with no view. The room was dirty.
