"We loved our stay at Papakea! It was clean & quiet. Our room was spacious for two. We loved having a kitchen that was well equipped with the dishes we would need. The balcony was beautiful & we loved having coffee & dinner out there each day. There was plenty of parking at the resort. The resort was beautiful & had plenty of seating to sit near the sea wall or at the pool. There wasn’t really a “beach” on our side of the resort, you could walk down a bit if you wanted. But the views & vibes were unbelievable. There was food trucks & some restaurants that were walkable from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here & if we ever came back to Maui we’d stay here again."

"The resort employees were very nice. All the rooms and applianes where in good condition. The shower should have had handicap rail in them. Also a hand held shower head would be nice."

"The condo provided everything we wanted and needed. The view was spectacular, and the lanai furniture was perfect for viewing sitting and relaxing. Rachel was a very prompt and accommodating host throughout the entire rental process. We had stayed at Papakea on one other occasion, and we really like the location and pools and grounds very much.
