Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star.

we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

Hospitality was amazing at this hotel. Our first trip to S. Korea and the staff was so helpful despite the language barrier. Angie at check-in was beyond helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. They provided room service daily and kept our room spot clean. We would come back again. Thank you for making our experience worth visiting and pleasurable.
