"This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people."

"Sheung Wan is a good neighborhood to be based in for a visit to Hong Kong. There are plenty of lively restaurants within walking distance. Transportation is easy to downtown and the ferries. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. "

Service was great, rooms are spacious and location is easy to get around on metro and walking distance to many popular areas. The pool is incredible. You have the most unreal views with heated pool, hot tube and cold plunge. It’s really top-notch. Hong Kong island is the place to stay and this is one of thee best options."
