## The space

The decor combines old wooden floors, period woodwork, and an elegant marble fireplace. A light sea breeze touches your balcony. You can work comfortably at the computer from the dining table or on the balcony. Watch the boats glide on the water from your balcony.

Electric heating and a fan keep you comfortable in every season. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Satellite TV and a hairdryer are provided.

## Guest access

Access is via a spiral staircase to the first floor. Check-in is self-service with a secure key box. There is a drop-off spot at the building entrance for your luggage. The staircase is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Public parking is a 10–15 minute walk away. A closed and secure garage is available to book, 250 m away. The bus station is a 7 minute walk. Deauville-Normandie airport is 15 minutes away by car.

## Good to know

The apartment has a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher. Pets are welcome and the studio is suitable for babies and children. Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning is included. Be ready for possible noise if you are sensitive. Check-out is before 11 a.m.
