"The shower did not drain and there was water on the floor near the window/air conditioner. Sleeping first floor felt like a basement."

"The staff was very kind. The shower leaked and the fire doors keep closing which kept waking me up. "

"There was no hot water for a shower. There was only one person working the desk at check in and then again at breakfast the next morning. Definitely understaffed. The bathroom tub had mold all along the under side edges. You could hear people in the hallways very easily. Would not recommend. "

"We book based on free parking, wi-fi and breakfast. Indoor pools and fireplaces are a bonus, but the parking, wi-fi and breakfast are a must. We checked in late and Sebastian was wonderful, kind and funny. He did mention that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no HOT breakfast items in the am. As long as there is coffee, we will be fine. Well there was coffee, but no creamer, apparently the delivery never came. It's a small thing, but that's what we paid for so no 5 stars, but for a night, it'll do."

"Clean room "

"Check in staff was not very pleasant. We chose this hotel based on an indoor pool being available in the area we needed to be in. However we arrive and "pool under construction" signs on pool room. Hotels.com SHOULD have notified me of this SIGNIFICANT issue, as the guy at the counter could have cared less of this inconvenience. Room was clean, tub in room worked, extra towels were nice, tv was broken, bed was horrendous. Very uncomfortable 😕. Being a 3 star, keep in mind it has very thin walls. Ive stayed at other BWP, this was the worst. "
