"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"WOW! The pictures do not do this property justice- it really is so beautiful. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular. "The house is huge to accommodate ten of us, yet there was a feeling of coziness in the large space. Communication was very quick and the host accommodated our requests to the extent possible. "Warm, functional home with 3 bedrooms and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Wood and everything else you would need to have a small fire and outdoor activities to escape from the busy life we see in MA. Very clean with a full kitchen as well! "We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."

"The hotel lobby was really nice and our room was very comfortable, the beds and pillows were very clean and super comfy, the bathroom was clean and had complimentary products to use, the breakfast room was spacious with plenty of seating and we enjoyed a really good continental breakfast with plenty of choice I think a hot breakfast was available on request but we were happy with the continental. The only downside was that the pool was too cold for us to use but we only stayed one night so didn’t make a complaint."
