"Breakfast was great!"

"Room clean, bed comfortable, shower great pressure and big bathtub. Staff friendly and efficient. Close to highway but didn’t hear traffic. Pool area great. Breakfast basic but enough if not big breakfast eater. Lobby area good. Safe and easy access to multiple restaurants and shops. Would stay again when in the area. "

"Location was very nice and well maintained nice amenities. Pool and hot tubes with lazy river were great.Only real issue was staffing at front desk needed better customer service skills . The gentleman on the front desk needs an attitude adjustment or a career change .He choose to work customer service and is not great at it . Pro tip if you need to extend your stay and you booked through a third party travel site contact or use the app you booked through to rebook a room. Hyatt vacation club will charge three times the cost you booked you room and not blink an eye at it and lie the they all booked up. Yet the rooms are available on the travel site for the same date you looking at and a third of the cost. when I confronted the gentleman at the desk, Diego and inquired about this later after her rebooking with Hyat. Diego “it is what it is. “slapped my receipt on the counter and turned and walked away from me. Not what I was expecting from Hyat vacation club Customer;service very unprofessional think twice before staying at that site !"

"Room was very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was not an iption with long lines and lack of proper eating equipment and not being filled quickly. Upon checkout we realized we were overcharged but we called and it was cleared up promptly. "

"my girlfriend stayed here by herself. it’s not the most quiet, or clean. if you’re worried about cleanliness just don’t look too close at everything you’ll be fine. watch out for being locked into your room, not getting deposit back in a reasonable time, and inconsistent staff. you’re on their time, not your own. so if you are a long way from home and cannot come back in person if any of this happens to you, i would not recommend staying here. don’t try to check in before 4pm, don’t try to check out before 9am. the front desk experience mid day is mundane, but there way always something if you need assistance too early or late in the day."

"The breakfast was decent, however, there was no bathroom door…it is in a pretty sketchy side of town…like I didn’t feel safe to go out to my car by myself at night and neither did my husband. Both the pool and hot tub were green and dirty looking. I won’t stay at this hotel again.especially for the price we had to pay."
