"Love this place"

"Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated."

"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to...

"We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. We enjoyed spending some down time on the balcony. The kitchen was quite well set up (although could benefit from a few extra utensils, eg forks, a colander).
