"The folks at checkin were great, they offered a discount for the restaurant next door. Had to pay extra for parking. We ended up in a 2 bedroom and really only needed one. The bed was soft but the whole thing jiggled when one of us rolled over. The bathroom and linens were clean. The room smelled a bit stale. Overall a reasonably comfortable night that met our needs, we would probably stay there again. Affordable. "

"We've stayed here two years in a row. The first year i would have given 5 stars, but this year the cleanliness was noticeably different. Everything from doors getting the white slippers they provided very dirty. The bathrooms were less clean and there were marks on the walls this year. Staff, location and everything else was excellent. Just needs more attention to cleaning. "

"We stayed in the Cedar cottage and it was equipped with everything you need. We walked around the village and enjoyed the natural hot springs. We loved going in the hot tub on site and saw the fire pit. Unfortunately it rained hard for 2 days and that put a damper on our activities. The wifi and internet was not up to speed and we often turned off the wifi. The TV would not connect to the internet so there was not much to do when it rained. We noticed the cabin was damp inside and any food left...

"The accommodations were absolutely amazing with breathtaking views of Harrison Lake. The only “odd” thing is that there is no staff. Check-in is a code to the lock on the door that is texted to you so there is no one on site should you need something. However, we will absolutely being staying here again for the great rooms, peace and quiet, and views of the lake. "

"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. "Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."
