"Parking is amazing the crew they got is amazing what more can I say I had a desk to work on and a place outside to work on as well very private very clean I mean I just don't know or have the words to say my wife loves it so I do too they have coffee and extras in the kitchen and like I said all the people there are very nice hard working people that respect the client and their job super cool. I stay at the Ritz , Hilton and Omni hotels idk why but I rather stay here for the privacy and good rest and people "

"This hotel should be given an award for flawless customer service. Nothing is more important to them than accommodating a guest, no matter what your status. I will never stay in any other hotel but the Omni in LA. And I'm a Hilton Honors member. But in LA, I'm willing to forgo points for the way this staff treats me and my family time and time again. Roberto was one of the kindest front desk agents I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable and then called minutes later to make sure everything was to my expectation. Is there anything else he could do. Andrea at the coffee bar - hospitality queen, charming, personable and great barista! The valets, the housekeepers, the club level attendant... top notch. Hospitality at its finest! "
