"Overall excellent stay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and extremly helpful. They welcomed us back each time we returned. The location of the property was very convienent to Xavier University, just as easy 10-12 minute drive away. My room, a king, was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also very nice to have a wet bar aarea complete with mini refridgerator and microwave. The desk was very adequate for some work that requireed my attention. In room WiFi, although not super fast, was more than enough to stream movies and check messages. I would recommend this property without reservation. Overall excellent stay and a good value."

"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"

"Great space! Decor is especially cool if you enjoy rock music. Felt like our own R&R HOF! Laundry facilities were a plus. Tons of spices in the kitchen and loved the frosted mugs in the freezer! Driveway and off street parking was very helpful, as well! Host was very responsive and the video preview was great. Also had a nice folder with everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area. My teenager loved the dormer bedroom! Great experience!"
