"We had reserved a mini suite in order to have two bathrooms. Unfortunately the one bathroom for some reason did not have any hot water. They tried to fix it and the next morning I had hot water initially for my shower only to run out of it within minutes. They did offer to move us but we were leaving the next morning. The suite was comfortable and we had a nice view of the Ohio River. We will stay there again if traveling to Cincinnati but will definitely check the water before unpacking"

"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"

"Our family's stay in Cincinnati was great in part because of this rental. The host Shamell was easy to communicate with. The home was clean and easy to access. The living room and bedroom spaces were comfortable, the internet connection was strong, and water pressure in the shower was to our liking. The neighborhood was quite and it was an easy drive to get to downtown Cincy. We highly recommend staying here if you have a wrekend trip planned for the Queen City."

"Great space! Decor is especially cool if you enjoy rock music. Felt like our own R&R HOF! Laundry facilities were a plus. Tons of spices in the kitchen and loved the frosted mugs in the freezer! Driveway and off street parking was very helpful, as well! Host was very responsive and the video preview was great. Also had a nice folder with everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area. My teenager loved the dormer bedroom! Great experience!"
