"A/C never went below 73 degrees. Front desk associate was not formal and did not set my room key properly. I then needed to come back to the desk and wait 30 minutes to be seen again. The desk associate seemed annoyed that i had a issue and another associate had to resolve the problem."

I had never been to the area , despite being swamped at the front desk he took the time to explain parking to me and give me my best options he asks about my personal plans for the night and. Next day to ensure I opted into the best parking location. He even offered to handle the 4 o’clock gate for me !! He provided us with explanation to get complimentary breakfast and bath robes which made me feel so comfortable like and relaxed in the room for the night before a. Big day exploring the city next day. He is an asset and truely made our entire night. Also the bartender at the downstairs bar was phenomenal , a little fly landed near my drink and he immediately swapped it out for fresh ice and cup , I felt truely so taken care of and as though the staff truely cares about our experience !!! I did not want to leave and will definitely be coming back with more friends next time !! "

"The elevator was broken. The room was clean but smelled somewhat like stale cigarette smoke. At least the window could be opened, though it didn't seem to help much. When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk for 10 minutes. My call to the property went unanswered. There was not a drop box for keys either. Another couple came to check out, too. They ended up writing a note and leaving it with their keys."

"Great and clean location there is no free parking have to pay for parking in the shared garage also the pool was under repairs I was told this has been an ongoing situation but on the site it don't mentioned anything about the pool no being available and I chose tbis location just for the pool. Breakfast was great and the staff was awesome and helpful "

"Room was clean staff very friendly but it was very noisy due to people in the halls, we checked in & left room only to check out people putting cigarettes out on the floor in the back of lobby approached by people who didn’t seem to be staying in hotel. Thank you to registration staff & security for stopping this & respecting privacy!"
