"This was an absolutely beautiful stay! The scenary was breathtaking. It is a perfect location if you are wanting to do the tourist attractions in this part of the country but want the privacy of a country home. Lorena was a great hostess. She is very responsive to messages and in communicating instructions and locatioms of items within the home. I rented from City Break in the city and i, hands down, prefer the individual renters who are more personable and responsive.I am from a warmer climate so the house was a bit chilly. But the warm comforters make for a wonderful sleep. There is a washer but you will have to hang dry the clothes so be sure to wash a few days before you need to leave. I would absolutely rent this place again given the opportunity. "

"The room was spacious and very comfortable bed. Liked the amenities in the room. The spa was lovely really enjoyed the oil, sauna and steamroom. The food was good especially breakfast and enjoyed dinner. Great location very best time centre and Killarney races. "

"I do not usually write reviews of my stays at hotels but in this case I spent a fair amount of money for the room and property and I expected a better result. My dates for the hotel 11-15 May, 2026. I stayed in room #115 with my wife. The hotel and room were beautiful, but missing some amenities you would expect in a high end property. The room had an excellent desk but there was not a chair in the room that fit the desk. There were 2 very large arm chairs in the room that did not fit the desk. The room had a TV with several channels but did not have Netflix or any other streaming apps. Another room amenity missing - sheer curtains. The cost of the room was fair, but for that price I did not expect the hotel to charge an extra fee to utilize the in room safe. Also missing in the room a mini fridge. The high end quality of the property and price point for the guest rooms gives the patron high expectations. The Plaza did not meet those expectations with me."
