"Perfect place to stay. Great location for places to eat, shop and getting in and out of the city by car. Great parking garage. Nice to have a washer/dryer although the dryer doesn’t work the best. "

"The hotel was just as described and quite beautiful and welcoming. The service was particularly noteworthy and just extraordinary. My husband fell ill during our stay and everyone reached out to help in ways we had never seen. They were extremely helpful in arranging medical appointments and transportation and followed up with several offers of support as if we were staying in a private home. The spa service I received was outstanding. I strongly recommend this hotel without reservation. "

"Lovely room with a view of the lake and very large windows and a balcony. Room was older but clean and the beds comfortable. It was late when we arrived so we ate dinner at the pub in the hotel. The food was decent but expensive as to be expected. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of parking. The location is great if you don't want to be in the downtown area of Killarney which was very busy but it is an easy taxi ride into the town for dinner and shopping. Excellent location to explore the park and Ring of Kerry."
