This beautiful, clean and conveniently located Holmes Beach condo has fresh furnishings and nice, homey touches. 3 blocks to the beach, grocery store (across street) and many eateries within walking distance! Enjoy morning sunrise on the lanai overlooking the intercoastal waterway and Manatee drawbridge. Free AMI trolley stops right in front for hassle free island exploration! Have fun on the beach with live music nightly. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utinsels, etc for meals at home. Comfy beds (king in master & guest room queen) plus a Lazyboy sleeper sofa (for 2 children/teens) make for a restful night’s sleep in this top floor (with elevator) unit. Our beautiful condo offers AC, ceiling fans, 2 big screen TVs, master en suite bath, W&D, high speed internet & bluetooth for your favorite music. The property (Sunbow Bay) has 2 heated year around outdoor pools & lovely tennis / pickleball courts. All linens & beach towels provided. What are you waiting for? Sorry, no pets allowed and minimum 28 day stay required.

Condo was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Very clean convenient to trolley stop, beach!

Gorgeous views of the intracoastal, ver clean, well-equipped kitchen and near grocery and convenience stores. Great hosts and will definitely visit again! 🌅

Location.

Easy in & out. Trolley out the back door to any where on AMI. Grocery store across the street plus eating places and shopping. The condo was all that was advertised.

Perfect stay

Sonya was an excellent host, quick to respond and with plenty of recommendations for things to do on Anna Maria Island. The check-in process was straightforward and her home is immaculately clean. You can tell this isn't just a rental unit but a place she and her family enjoy for themselves. Easy five minute walk to the beach past a small shopping center where you can pick up anything you might have forgotten for your vacation. The white sands of the beach keep it cool all day. Turn left when you arrive at the water to stay further away from the area with the public parking lot. We had plenty of space to spread out on the sand. The water is a beautiful color, we met a manatee on one of our swims and the sunsets are gorgeous.

Lovely Condo and Wonderful Stay

The condo is so well positioned just a few blocks from some of the finest beaches Anna Maria has to offer. Local shopping is just across the road and literally on your doorstep. A very spacious condo with wonderful views into the inland waterway and Manatee bridge. Plenty of utensils and a real home from home feeling. The place was spotless and the swimming pools very well maintained. The whole place had a real local Florida feel to it. The landscaping and grounds are so well looked after and parking made easy. There is also a very useful external lift. The 'FREE' Trolley also stops right outside :) Sonia was extremely helpful and very attentive. We have been taking vacations in this area for the past 30 years and this condo is one of the best we have stayed in for some time. We will be back and will have no hesitation in recommending this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tolle Lage und hervorragendes Apartment

Wir war schon 15 Mal auf AMI und sind einfach von der Insel verzaubert. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Vor Ort hatten wir einige Male direkt mit den Eigentümern Kontakt. Sie hatte uns über die Wetterlage informiert bezüglich des Hurrikan Debby. Gerne werden wir das Apartment bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.

What a great place :-)

Went to Anna Maria Island for the first time with spouse and kids. The place has enough room for all of us to stay comfortable, very clean, and has everything you could ever need on a vacation. Location was great and lots of close by stores for shopping. Has 2 pools, one was being repaired at the time, but the other was great. And the price was competitive to the other properties in the area. Also Sonya, the property manager, is very helpful, friendly, and there if you need her or have any questions. We loved it and definitely going back.

Perfect location and super nice apartment

Location could not be better, 3 min walking distance to the beach, grocery store is across the building. Plenty of restaurants around, if you want to explore the island , there is free trolley driving every 20 mins. Everything was so convenient , you don’t need a car! Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable. Very well equipped . Host couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend!
