"Excellent room, service from.the front desk to the bar staff to the bell hops was amazing. The in house steak&seafood restaurant was very good and the service was great. My only suggestion would be since there is a dedicated kids pool maybe those under 16 should not be in the pool by the bar. There was a lot of jumping and splashing and I was hit by balls they were throwing around twice."

Then we were charged almost $100 more than what was offered on hotels.com reservation, and when we questioned the front desk and they were not very helpful because their English wasn’t great so there was a communication barrier there and it was just not worth wasting my time because the conversation was going nowhere.
