"The only complaint was the slow internet. Was nearly impossible to watch a movie on netflix. But all the good...the pool was a nice relaxing spot to wait for room to be ready! Love that they have luggage hold and a water dispenser in their lobby! Providing beach chairs and towels is so helpful! The location is very convenient! I have stayed here a few times before and will continue to book rooms with them!"

"The room had pepperoni and crumbs all over the floor. The back of the toilet was not clean. We had to request new sheets to replace hair filled ones. Very old room with a very wet looking ceiling. Entrance was very nice and clean. Hopefully they will renovate rooms soon to match the check in area. Bonus was the continental breakfast and shuttle to airport. If clean rooms are your priority, check elsewhere. "

"Our first time being down in Fort Lauderdale, you would think you’d be staying in a nice room. Come to find out our rooms key scanner was broken and kept falling off, we barely had hot water or pressure in the hand sink, and we had a broken window, that wouldn’t close. It was very hard for us to sleep comfortably. We were informed through email that there was pool and jacuzzi available. Upon arrival we were informed it was out of service. At the end of our trip when we went to check out after a few nights of little sleep. While checking out we found out there was another complaint about it, and all the attendant had to say was that they knew about it."

"Our stay was ok, but the service could be better. The room had limited towels, and after the first cleaning , there were even fewer than before. Communication was difficult because the cleaning staff did not speak English. Also, there were not enough lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool"
