  • Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only.
    Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower.
    We think our condo is great for up to five people!

I brought my great nieces and their mommy with me for our beach stay, it was the girls first time at a beach, your home, was so comfortable and beautiful that they felt at home . It was amazing. Everything was perfect, we tried our best to leave it that way when we left.

Wonderful house at Topsail Beach

My family and I thought Two Beaches was a wonderful house. The location is terrific! The owners are very thoughtful in the extras provided from beach chairs and umbrellas to detergent and coffee pods! We had a great stay!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We had the BEST time staying at Two Beaches. It was our first time at Topsail. The home was super clean and well equipped with beach gear and bikes for the whole family. My kids said the couch was so comfy they actually slept there a couple nights! Communication with the owners was a breeze and they made check-in and checkout super easy. We will definitely be back soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Two Beaches! The property was amazing and was exactly as the pictures showed online. Everything was clean and accessible. We also are so appreciative of our hosts. We had a wonderful stay at this beach townhome and would absolutely book again! Cleanliness is my number one priority when traveling, and this property exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless from top to bottom, and everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and cared for.One of the nicest surprises was that the blankets and linens were included. Not only were they exceptionally comfortable, but they smelled freshly cleaned, which immediately made us feel at home. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras that were provided, including coffee, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and hand soap. These little conveniences made our arrival so much easier and were a pleasant surprise.The host was also wonderful to work with and even checked in via text during our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the accommodations. That personal touch was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.The location is fantastic—a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to Banks Channel. We spent many evenings enjoying the breathtaking sunsets, and the front deck provides plenty of space to relax and take in the view.One thing we noticed was that the house lightly “shakes” at times. We weren’t quite sure why, but we’ve stayed in another townhome directly across the street that did the same thing, so it seems to be related to the structure or construction style common to beach properties.No regrets!

We had a great stay as a family of 4 at Two Beaches and would definitely come back. We loved having access to the sound, ocean, and pool. We enjoyed using the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs in the shed and allowed us to pack a little lighter. We highly recommend this location!

Quite beach getaway

Great stay!

Wonderful place to stay! With a 7 week old and a 22 month old, it was great to be just minutes from two different beaches, and we loved being able to walk around the end of the island-such a unique experience! The nearby sea turtle hospital was a very fun attraction as well. The attention to detail in the house made all the difference.

Amazing place for your family and AMAZING sunsets

We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for our little family of four. We loved the option of the sound side, ocean side, the pool, it was all amazing. The sunsets you get at the house are AMAZING! We will definitely be back and stay next summer!

Wonderful time in this little get way at Two Beaches! Perfect for our family of 3. Mara was attentive without being intrusive, property allowed for enjoyment of both ocean and waterways (great for win the Rip Current is brutal). Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful!

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!
