Parking for up to four vehicles is available—two spaces under the carport and two directly in front of the unit. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room for added convenience. Guests also have access to a charcoal grill (stored in the outdoor closet) and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days.

The Neighborhood:
Located just steps from the beach, this home is part of a peaceful community that values privacy and natural preservation. Guests can access the sand via a private deeded walkway, while enjoying quiet ocean breezes from decks that face away from the road.

Getting Around:
The home’s central Surf City location makes walking to the beach and nearby attractions easy. For those driving, parking is hassle-free with clearly designated spaces. Beach access and main roads are just moments away, and a beach access map is provided for easy navigation.

Other Things to Note:
Pets and smoking are not allowed, and guests must use the outdoor shower to remove sand before entering. Walking on or disturbing the dunes is prohibited by state law. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if a mandatory evacuation is ordered by authorities.

Accessibility:
Please note that the unit is located three floors above ground level and is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator in the property.
