The Roost at The Southerner

Adorable pet-friendly cottage within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer. Main room offers a gas fireplace, TV and full kitchen with a pull-out loveseat and space to dine. Queen bed in bedroom, ensuite bath with shower and laundry room. A/C, ceiling fans & shady setting. Private parking and outdoor garden area. Perfect stay for a couple + pets. Be sure to take advantage of the popular restaurant The Southerner right next door. The restaurant can be quite busy in the summer so there's fantastic people watching from your private patio but it ends service at 10pm so no late night noise or commotion.

Perfect Weekend Stay!

I stayed here with my husband and our 2 month old daughter and we had the perfect stay at the Roost! The location was unbeatable, we were able to walk to town in under 10 mins and with the Southerner next door we had amazing food right there. Would definitely stay here again :)

This was our second trip to the Roost! We highly enjoyed being able to walk to town and enjoy all that Saugatuck has to offer. A quick walk back and dinner was on our doorstep! I highly recommend staying at the Roost!!

We loved our stay, it is a short walk to town and the southerner restaurant is wonderful! I would suggest putting rug pads down to prevent tripping.

Another great stay!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary weekend at this property last year. We had such a wonderful stay that we booked a return visit for our 34th anniversary. Our dog Charlie travels with us and we were able to enjoy hiking at the State park while he was safe and sound at the Roost. We look forward to coming back next year!

The house had everything we needed and was just as pictured and clean. The location was great for us and the outdoor seating nice too. We also enjoyed the short walk over to the Southerner restaurant.
