Our room was okay, had to ask three times for a extra blanket for the hideabed. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was broken, the king size bed sagged in the middle, the outside windows were filfthy. Could do with some TV upgrades including options to sign into Netflix etc, WiFi was slow and spotty, fridge had no knob to select temperature my coffee cream kept freezing, only firm standard size pillows, smelled like burning when heat kicked in. First world problems but I paid $220 a night for the 1 bedroom jacuzzi suite. "
