"Check in was great. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We went early because we had to leave our rental house. We just wanted to see if we could get our beach badges and the woman told us if the room was ready we could check in and get in the room. It was ready so we checked in at about 11 a.m. instead of 3. The pool was really nice and clean. Good location, close to Beach Haven town center. They also had a bunch of gas grills you could use to cook. The grills where really clean too. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Our stay at Gerard's place was excellent. The location is incredible. At the very south of the island, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. In less than a minute walk you can be on the beach. The house has all the amenities you could want. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out for us where everyone could stay on the top floor where u have 3 bedrooms. Outdoor shower was excellent. Very roomy. Backyard area is nice too. It was also nice we could put our beach stuff in the garage on the ground floor so it was easy access when we wanted to head to the beach. Gerard was an excellent host. He responded to any concerns I had immediately on the VRBO app. I would definitely recommend this place to family's of 4 with young kids because you can get back and forth to the beach easily and everyone can be on the same floor when it comes to the bedrooms."

"This space is perfect for a getaway to LBI for a single person or a couple. The unit felt brand new, and was super clean. Location was literally on the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. Really can't get a better value on LBI. Whitney was a great host who answered my questions promptly. "
