Beach Oasis Getaway-Main House-Two Bungalows Available-Steps from the Water

"We really enjoyed our family reunion / vacation at the beach house in Holgate. Being able to walk to the water in about 5-6 minutes with kids was super. The weather was very pleasant (only an afternoon of rain) and we spent hours swimming and boogie boarding. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous! The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. I loved the outdoor shower. Host Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and welcoming and seemed to truly hope that we'd have a memorable stay at her place. She worried that we might be a large group for a not-so-large house. It ended up being a really nice, cozy space for our card-playing sessions and cooking and family meals. The house came equipped with all that we needed and we all seemed to feel very much at home at 17 W. Cleveland!"

"We absolutely loved this house! It was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The views from the decks were awesome. The owner Michael was so friendly and helpful. He made sure that our stay would be amazing. And he answered our inquiry regarding the air-conditioning in a prompt and timely manner. I will definitely be coming back next year! I highly recommend this beautiful property."

"this was our second time back to the property and it was terrific for our extended multigenerational family. The house is exactly as described and everything was terrific. The outdoor pool and backyard area are terrific with a fenced in backyard. All the beds were comfortable. The views from all of the decks and the rooftop are extraordinary. Whenever there was a small glitch, such as no hot water in the outdoor shower, the owners quickly had somebody come over and fix it. The communication with the owners was smooth, and any glitch was quickly addressed. Very happy at this house and the location."

"Whitney was excellent and quick to respond with any questions we had. The rooms were clean, bright and modern! You couldn’t ask for a better location! Excellent! Right in the beach!! Everything we needed was there. My dog loved it too! We covered the couch and she was able to look out the window. Each morning we took a 2.5 mile walk. It was great! We would love to come back."

"This property was absolutely the best for hosting my sons and their families! the proximity to the beach was important us having three young grandchildren. We made good use of the nearby playground, and the ice cream shop next door. The home was clean and welcoming. We really appreciated the well supplied kitchen and large dining table, which we made use of daily. The homeowners are friendly, and we had our inquiries answered quickly. We have memories which will last a lifetime! I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!"

"We loved the location, with unobstructed views of the beach. The condo is on smaller size, but is configured well; and with the two decks, makes the space feel more expansive. There are many thoughtful touches in the kitchen, much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, decor fun and beachy. We really enjoyed the shower, many options, now we want similar at home! The skylights are fantastic, all the natural light! Enjoyed sunrises and sunset from the roof deck. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the roof deck. Listening to the waves, and beach access next to the property was great. Fantastic stay! Check-in was seamless and easy. Thank you for sharing your property with others!"

"Perfect location on the beach side & walking distance to the bay. This was our second year at the oceanfront condo. Whitney is a great host, can easily contact for any questions. This condo is the best LBI stay for my husband & I & our small dog. Fully stocked kitchen, good WIFI & clean throughout the condo. Close to Beach Haven shops & restaurants & ice cream! We had another enjoyable stay of five nights."
