便利で静か　手入れの行き届かないバンガローで良かったら不気味に独り占め

このホテルの良い点は天井の高さと親切な従業員です。ロビーのトイレには鍵も紙もないうえーものすごーく不気味に薄汚れているうえに便座がありません。勢いよく入ってとんでもない目にあいました。従業員の皆さま親切なのにとても残念です。バスルームの内部の壁も大理石で作られていて広々ー雰囲気もあるのです。トイレの床は前の方のー恐らくは１か月も前のトイレットペーパーが付いたままだし、あの８月の日本人の使用された物だったのでしょうかーどこを指でさっとチェックしても埃と汚れで指が黒くなります。　たまたま忘れ物をして部屋に戻ったときに丁度掃除中だったのを見たら数秒で短いホーキでさーと履き　トイレの床は掃除せず、バスタブはシャワーをざわーとかけているだけでした。　掃除の人も愛想がとても怒る気持ちにはならずークローゼットは１５６ｃｍの私には飛び跳ねても届かないです。捨てた方が良い汚れたチリ入れ藤は雰囲気を壊します。　ベッドサイドランプのスイッチがベッドから離れていていちいち歩いてスイッチを押さなくてはなりません。ロビーの床ももラコッテタイル風で自然な風が吹き抜けとってもジャングル風なのですがー。　　夜遅くツアーで帰っても真っ暗なうえにだーれもいません。　ロビーのテーブルの上で眠ると覚悟して長い間待ってついには大声で呼んでやっと出てきました。その夜は自分のバンガローの入口で１００メートルは聞こえるような大声をあげましたがだーれも来ません。　蛇のようなものが入口に多数へばり付いていたのでしたー結局はイモリが路頭を組んで団体ーそれがイモリをわかるまではそれはそれは恐ろしかったです。その夜は黒いなにかわからないのが不気味な虫死体らしき物も部屋に転がっていました。　冷蔵庫のなかは最初からねっとりと汚いものがへばり付いていました。一番困ったのはこのホテルでクレジットカードがとうとう使用できなかったことでした。使えるはずだっとので、　紙のお金は日本円がどこでも使えたフエで大半使いきりーもう僅かの小銭しかなくーダナンの飛行場までの交通費にも足りない状態でーーチェックアウトするわずか２，３分で飛行場までのお金を借りる交渉をしてホテルの送迎車を用意して頂くのでしたがーわたしが返せないときにはあの３日間食事のお世話をした女性従業員の給料から引くと脅かすのです。わたしはわたしが思いついて置いていかれるすべての物をホテルの彼女に頂いてもらいー財布ハンドバックメガネ学用品化粧品未使用使用中ものもタオル類とうとうをーーとにもかくにもも３１５０円相当を借りてーー這う這うの体でダナン空港に辿りついたのでした。　ホテルの整備状態が悪いと言うか壊れていても全く気にならないホテルの方針でカードが作動しないのにー部下のお給料から引くぞーと脅してやっと車が出るとはー日本だったら絶対にホテルの車で送っていただけるのにーといくら嘆いても　　これが　ホテルの方針なのかと抗議して車が出なくなったらどうしようと思いつつもーそれは親切な若い従業員のお方に５日でお金が届いてほっとしましたがーフエのホテルでは格安でも、ツアーもタクシーもバスも何もかもクレジットでなんら問題なく決算して頂けたのに。わたしが払わないと従業員のお給料から引くと言わないで欲しかったです。　従業員の皆さまがた滞在中は大変お世話になりました。皆さまとても親切でした。クレジットカードの兼で何回も経営者と話たいと懇願しても聞いて頂けませんでした。従業員の方々はその方がお仕事楽で良いのですね。何も聞かせない方が良いのですね。　聞こえれば改善するはずですから。

nous avons sejourne 3 semaines du coup nous avons apprecier les chambres spacieuse pres de la riviere et la proximite de la ville ce qui facilite les deplacements a pied

zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Gartenblick war ausgebucht und man gab uns ohne Aufpreis ein hoeherwertiges Zimmer mit Fluss/Altstadtblick. Mehrmalige Verlaengerung (es hat uns so gut gefallen) War ohne Probloeme zu den gleichen (guenstigen) Bedingungen moeglich. Sehr grosszuegige Zimmer und Bad, top sauber. (auch wenn die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt sind, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefuehlt) Blick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt von Hoi An, die ueber die Bruecke in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Einziger Negativpunkt ist, dass es statt Fruehsueckbuffet, wie angekuendigt, nur Suppe (Pho) oder Omelett und ein Getraenk gab, weil nur sehr wenige Gaeste da waren. Etwas mehr Entgegenkommen beim Fruehstueck (zB ein zweites Getraenk oder Yoghurt zum Obst statt Yoghurt ODER Obst) waere angenehm gewesen, zumal dei Nutzung des Hotels wegen Renovierung eingeschraenkt war. Insgesamt aber eine Empfehlung!

For my trip through Vietnam, I had been staying at $30-$40 hotels, but for Hoi An, I decided to slum it a bit as the price of this hotel was $10. What you pay is what you get. It is run down, not that well maintained, the bed sheets and bath towels smell a little of mildew. This place has potential, the foyer is great, there are some nice views of the old town from there. It is also located right across the bridge from the old town, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowded streets; making it a good location to be in. So it you are willing to slum it a bit, stay here.

Although the hotel is well located it is in need of some serious overhaul. The reception area is a dumping ground for most of the ditritus in the hotel and there is dust everywhere. There seems to be a pack of 6 or so dogs that have made the hotel home and bark all night and seem to not bother the staff. The route to the centre of Hoi An is easy enough across the bridge but to be honest unless you want clothes making I would not recommend Hoi An, it is dirty, smelly and full of people trying to rip you off. The staff at the hotel seemed nice enough but one was coughing and sniffling and gave me her bug and the breakfast was revolting.

Great location, wonderful breakfast

One of my friends and I stayed here for 2 nights in Oct. Our room was a little bit on the small side, but the bathroom was very nice and everything else at the Resort was wonderful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the views from the restaurant were beautiful!. We could see people working in the fields or fishing in the river. It was exactly how we had pictured Vietnam.The staff was attentive and helpful.

The staff were very nice but our check out became a very complicated and stressful procedure as they expected us to pay them directly for our stay when we had already paid hotel club. The problem took us about two hours to resolve. Luckily, we started the night before and were able to catch our early morning flight as they keep your passports until the bill is settled. The hotel rooms are fine and clean (however the mattresses had a bad smell) but the resort grounds were a mess. this may be due to the recent floods on the coast or it may be due to neglect. We are not sure. The food was edible but not great. we also paid way to much through hotel club as the regular rate was 20.00 dollars cheaper than what we paid.
