Lovely villa at the beach.

We love this guesthouse/villa and have stayed 3 times. It is run by a hardworking family and their wonderful staff. BIG Thankyou to Phuong. She is just fantastic. So pleasant and speaks great English. We really enjoyed talking to her and she was very helpful to us. She also makes great coffee. Just a couple of things to note about the Villa. The price is very resonable, but you don’t get supplied with complementary water, tea, coffee or creamer. Basic toiletries are supplied & one small microfibre bath towel each. But on the plus side, the rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable beds & pillows and nice bed linen. And all in a great location.

Parfait pour 2 ou 3 nuits. Ne payez pas plus luxe

La famille est très gentille. Le coin est déplaisant, devant de grosses artères, la plage à des problèmes d'érosion (dirigez vous plus vers Ang bang), rien de très charmant. Il faut prendre les vélos et des taxis sans arrêt. La chambre familiale n'était pas à son plus propre (surtout pas l'edredon eurk) et un des lit est défoncé. La douche passe du bouillant (dangereux) au tiède sans arrêt et malgré mes demandes personne n'a essayé d'améliorer. Le mobilier est defraichis, c'est dommage car le bâtiment est en bon état!

Very basic

the pictures are much better than what the property looks like in real life. I didn't expect the family to live there as well, although they were wonderful. the room facilities were very basic with just one pillow and one very thin towel which never dried. We had to request tea or water from the family kitchen, which was awkward. Property is not on the beach and it doesn't have 'villas'. The feel of it was more like a homestay, which is not what we were looking for. It's priced accordingly.

Like staying with family.

I loved this hotel. It is about a 15 minute motorcycle drive from Hoi An, and it is right by the beach. The hotel staff are so friendly and warm. They made me a great breakfast in the morning and even packed a small meal to-go when it was time for me to go to the airport. I loved the location. After the hustle bustle of the city, it was nice to just drink beer, eat food and swim in the ocean all day. The room was big, bright and clean. It came with a fridge too! Fully recommended!

Highly recommended

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff and a great location close to a beautiful beach. Breakfast Cooked daily to order each morning and the beach is a very short walk away just over the road. The staff arranged numerous taxis for us to get to the old town and also arranged a shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. There is also a wonderful seafood restaurant over the road which is also part of the hotel, the produce is as fresh as it can get. The breakfast is really good with a choice of dishes and also a fruit platter with fresh juice and tea or coffee. This hotel is amazingly value for money and I can't recommend it enough. Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed, tv and a balcony.

Wonderful place by the beach!

The owners of this hotel are wonderful! Willing to help you in any way they can. The hotel itself has a great, modern feel to it with all amenities you require. The private beach is 20 metres across the road and has a great restaurant attached for lunch. Airport transfers, taxis, scooter hire, massages can all easily be arranged at good prices! And the breakfast was great (and huge!) to set you up for a good day. Short taxi ride (around 3 USD) to old town which is absolutely beautiful. Great stay - strongly recommended.

Great Value for money although we did upgrade as the standard room felt a bit small and that was worth every penny. It was so hot and having two king sized beds was luxury. The beach is just across the road, proprietor has restaurant there, with good sea food. We found a great place to eat - come out if homestay turn left keep walking to palm beach resort Mi Casa is right opposit there. Wonderful people food so cheap but top quality and they will do anything for you, just anything. Love Vietnam it was our first visit but certainly not our last.

Komfortabel und sehr sauber

Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Es sind aber wirklich nur 250 bis zum Wasser. Man muss eigentlich nur die Straße überqueren. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt verbrachten wir hier 5 Tage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In die Altstadt von Hoi An kommt man am besten mit dem Taxi. Die Fahrt dauert ca. 15 Minuten und kostet so um 3,00 €!

Parfait pour un séjour relaxant à hoian

Super sejour grâce à l'accueil des proprietaires, tjs à notre service. Bon emplacement en face de la plage. Le petit dejeuner est très bon, il y a des velos à disposition pr se ballader. Je conseille de passer par eux aussi pour le transport depuis ou vers l'aeroport de danang (moins cher que les taxis).

We get a wonderfull breakfeast very Morning und wenn to the sea in 2 minutes. In you warnt to sleep calm and next to the sea, you have to go there. The Family is perfekt and charmant. You can Go by bike to Hoi An easily. We enjoyed our Trip there a lot. I Hope you too!!!
