Bed bugs!!! Do not stay at this abandoned resort. Expedia should be ashamed that they represent this hotel as a partner. There is a total of 5 staff for the entire resort no managers is what they told me. Locals and staff bathing in the hot tubs and pools with clothes on. All restaurants closed All bars closed Multiple buildings abandoned and massively destroyed on property. My son and myself both ended up with bed bugs in 2 seperate rooms and had to spend an entire day sanitizing clothes, changing hotels and losing hundreds of dollars. Worst resort of my family’s adventures.

Checkin was an hour as they over booked our room and was trying to figure out where to put us. I think this was isolated. I had message them early on to help me ..."
