I had a large room with a King bed, table & chairs to sit and relax, huge bathroom, excellent shower. Lovely peaceful area surrounding the swimming pool. Shout out for Sara, she was so kind and thoughtful, always had time to have a chat about life and Vietnam.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, freshly cooked eggs, tastiest omelette I've had in Vietnam 😋
A very relaxing stay. All the staff are kind and helpful.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and were very welcoming, they really made our stay amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean and the area around the hotel was quiet yet in an excellent location to walk along the river and to the old town. Breakfast had lots of options and there were two pools to use. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you everyone!

Love the hotel, love the staff, especially Phượng & Nhi who work at the front desk. Another good thing with this hotel is the massage service. All of the masseuses are nice and skillful, especially Tâm & Trinh. The only complaint i have is lack of iron & iron board. I was told there's only one set for 96 rooms!!!!!

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The price is well below what we expected to pay for a hotel of that caliber. The staff is attentive. We received exceptional service. She arranged our excursions and made sure to follow up afterward. If not for the physical distance, I would book on a frequent basis.
