"Thoughtfully done property in a beautiful, peaceful location. There were deer roaming out back every day we were there. More well stocked than anywhere I've stayed in recent years. Host was very responsive. Beds/furniture were all very comfortable. Would love to stay again sometime if we're back in the area."

"Pros: This rental was so clean! It was beautiful and my family had so much fun there. Extra bedding, towels, and life jackets were provided. There were more beds than expected. The lake was super great; sandy and shallow. The shower in the house was lovely. The deck had no splinters. Good amount of privacy, gorgeous views. Easy checkout instructions - just do dishes and take out trash (no laundry!)Cons: There was no a/c (as expected; lucky we could just spend time in the lake!). I agree with other reviewers that there were very few supplies like TP. Internet cuts out a lot. I recommend the host put some rubber grips under the living room rug. Remember sunscreen and bugspray for this rental. The host also did not answer questions I had prior to the stay. "
"Such a lovely and peaceful place to stay! The real gem was Mark! He gave us so many ideas of what to do and go to find unique experiences in the area. He even had advice for the rest of our trip. We walked down to the river from the path out his backyard. There is a grocery store with all the necessities quite close and a coffee shop."
