Located in the gorgeous suburb of Mount Nelson, this apartment is the perfect base while in Hobart. Close to the Sandy Bay shopping precinct, a local grocer just around the corner, and plenty of bush walks nearby.

With off street parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities, this home is perfect for your next getaway.

The outdoor stairs from the car park leads you through some beautiful native plants down to the front patio, with a breath taking view of the River Derwent. There is a charming river facing patio, complete with a bistro style table, perfect for those sunny morning coffees and pastries (just pop to the local grocer 5 minutes up the road).

The space is cosy and charming; there is a full open plan kitchen and dining entrance area, with a full bathroom also containing the laundry facilities.

This 1 bedroom unit contains a comfortable queen bed with heating, a clothes rail, and a TV with a Chromecast.

The scenic living room contains a large corner sofa, another dining option (to revere the view over your breakfast), and a TV with a Chromecast. A shelf full of books is also available in the apartment, if you feel like relaxing on the large sofa and getting lost in a good story.

We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.

As you can see from the gorgeous views, the house is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any access issues.

You will also need to descend a flight of external stairs to reach the front door of your apartment.

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport).
